Presentation Overview
Jerome Fourmann from Rio Tinto will speak on "Extrusion Fundamentals & Defect Solutions." Hard Anodizing is a unique, electrochemical process used to protect the surface of extruded aluminium. In order to achieve optimum finish the aluminum extrusion subtract must meet certain processing and quality criteria. The first session particularly covers the fundamentals of the extrusion process suited for the anodizing process. The session will also include a review of those necessary testing procedures which will ensure the best product. The second session will cover the characteristics of various extrusion defects affecting finishes and properties.

Location Information
The closest airport is Akron-Canton (CAK). It is a smaller regional airport and is about a 30 minute drive to Wadsworth. The hotel will provide transportation for $50 per trip.
The nearest larger international airport is Cleveland Hopkins (CLE). It is about a 50 minute drive to Wadsworth. The hotel will provide transportation for $75 per trip.
The Detroit Metro airport (DTW) seems to have the best European connections. It is about a 3 hour drive to Wadsworth.
